Get a weekly search briefing built on real ranking data
Your pages slip in search, or AI answers name a competitor instead of you, and you find out late. Each week, this agent reads real ranking data and writes a short briefing on what changed. You find it in a folder you already check, with the top three things to work on.
01Yield
What one run makes.
Each Monday, you get a dated file with the last 7 days of real position moves and citations. It lists the top three things to work on and any urgent flags. Any page change it suggests waits for you to approve it.
02Ingredients
What you bring.
- Your site and the searches that bring you customers
- A status log of search work done and still open
- A list of frozen pages, such as risk warnings
- Access to your ranking data
- A folder you already check for reports
03Equipment
What the run uses.
- An SEO data tool for positions and movement
- Web search
- A scheduler for the Monday and Friday runs
- An AI model that writes the briefing
04Method
Six steps you can follow yourself.
- 1List the searches that bring customers
Write down your site and the searches that bring you customers. Add the pages and fields that are frozen, so the agent never suggests touching them.
- Searches might be your brand name with review, payout rules or minimum deposit. Add wider searches too, such as the best prop firm for futures.
- Frozen pages might be risk warnings and legal pages.
- 2Start a status log and pick a folder
Start a status log, one plain file that lists the search work done and what is still open. Then pick one folder you already check for reports.
- Every run adds one line to the status log.
- If the folder has moved, the agent searches for it. It never saves to a temporary folder.
- 3Check AI answers every Friday
Every Friday, the agent checks whether AI answers and featured snippets name or cite your brand for your main searches.
- It notes new and lost citations and what competitors gained. It uses only public results.
- 4Pull real positions every Monday
Every Monday, the agent pulls each search's position and 7-day movement from your SEO data tool.
- If the SEO data tool cannot be reached, the agent says so plainly. It uses web search as a rough stand-in and labels the result an estimate.
- It never shows estimated positions as real ranking data.
- 5Write the Monday briefing
Then the agent writes the briefing in three parts, in plain words with no code or jargon. It saves the briefing in your folder as a dated file and tells you where it is.
- Part one is what changed in the last 7 days. It covers real position moves, new or lost citations and competitor moves.
- Part two is the top three things to work on this week, ranked by impact rather than effort.
- Part three lists urgent flags, such as a drop below position 10, a lost citation or a manual penalty.
- 6Read the briefing and approve changes
Read the briefing and choose what to work on. Any change it suggests waits for your approval.
- The agent needs no approval to read and report. Any page edit, new article or other public content goes through your normal draft and approve path.
- Where your pages need it, compliance signs off before anything goes live.
