The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address, as any web host does. Fonts and images are served from this site, so reading it does not connect your browser to any other company.
Nothing reaches me unless you press Send.
The Apply and Request buttons open your own email app with a prepared message. If you send it, I use it only to understand your request and reply. I keep it while it is needed to answer and manage the conversation, or until you ask me to delete it. Your email provider and mine process the message.

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the data I hold about you, or to stop using it. Under the GDPR you can also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
