Pull every connected account into one weekly report
You check each app on its own and never see the week as a whole. This agent pulls the numbers from your accounts, website analytics and Search Console into one weekly report. You see what changed since last week, what competitors posted and three proposed moves.
01Yield
What one run makes.
Each week you get a one-page report on your accounts, site and search numbers. It compares them with last week and with your competitor digest. It ends with three moves that you approve, change or drop.
02Ingredients
What you bring.
- Admin access to your Instagram, Facebook Page and X accounts
- Your website analytics
- Google Search Console for your domain
- Your latest competitor digest, if you run one
- A person who decides next week's moves
03Equipment
What the run uses.
- A tool that reads analytics from your connected accounts
- An AI writing model
- A weekly scheduler
04Method
Six steps you can follow yourself.
- 1Connect your accounts
Connect your own Instagram, Facebook Page and X accounts, website analytics and Search Console with read access only.
- The agent only reads your accounts and never posts or changes anything in them.
- It writes the weekly report and one line in its run log.
- 2Pull the same week every time
On a fixed day each week, the agent pulls the last completed Monday to Sunday week. It pulls the week before too, for comparison.
- It first checks each number's period, time zone, how recent it is and what it counts.
- Then it labels each number with its period, unit and week-on-week change.
- 3Fill the gaps by hand
Where a tool cannot read a number, paste it in from that app's own analytics screen. If you leave it out, the report marks it missing.
- These gaps can include YouTube watch time, LinkedIn page analytics and TikTok numbers beyond basic counts.
- Never fill a gap with a guess. If a source cannot be reached, the report names it plainly and covers the rest.
- 4Compare your week with competitors
The agent puts your week next to your latest competitor digest, if you run one.
- The digest shows what competitors posted that week and what got engagement.
- The report compares each change in your numbers with the digest.
- 5Write the one-page report
The agent writes one page on what changed against last week, using only metrics that exist.
- The report calls something a conversion rate only when the same people are tracked through each step in order. Otherwise it shows each event total on its own.
- If nothing moved two reviews in a row, the report calls the week stalled. It never invents progress.
- 6Decide on the three moves
Read the three moves the report proposes for next week. Each one is tied to a number in the report. Approve, change or drop each move before anyone acts on it.
