Not tested yet Agent Email

Draft one education email for your traders every week

You want to teach your subscribers something useful every week, but nobody has time to write the email. This agent asks you for a topic each Monday and drafts one plain teaching email. You get the email and its draft link, and nothing is sent until you say yes.

01Yield

What one run makes.

One education email as an unsent draft

Each run makes one education email in three beats, called hook, teach and act. It is saved as an unscheduled draft campaign, and you get its link and full text. You approve the final version before anyone sends it.

02Ingredients

What you bring.

  • Your email style rules and one email you approved
  • 6 to 10 topics your traders need, in order
  • Your email account and a verified subscriber list
  • The emails you sent recently
  • Approved facts about your offer

03Equipment

What the run uses.

  • An email tool that saves draft campaigns
  • An AI writing model
  • A weekly scheduler
  • A chat or task tool the agent uses to reach you

04Method

Seven steps you can follow yourself.

  1. 1
    Set up your inputs

Write your email style rules and pick one email you approved as the model. List 6 to 10 topics your traders need, in order, and connect your email tool.

    • A topic could be why a KYC check asks for documents. Another could be how a challenge differs from a funded account.
    • When you connect the email tool, confirm the subscriber list by its ID as well as its display name.
  2. 2
    Answer one question each Monday

Each Monday morning, the agent asks you one short question. It names the next topic on the list and asks whether you want it or have your own.

    • It does nothing else until you reply, and stops if no reply comes.
  3. 3
Pick a topic not sent lately

After your reply, the agent checks your recent emails and picks a topic you have not sent lately. Before every draft, it also reads your style rules and approved email.

  4. 4
Draft the email in three beats

The agent drafts one email that teaches one idea in three beats, called hook, teach and act.

    • The hook has a lowercase subject with no colon and a preview that adds context. It greets the reader by first name, with a fallback if the name is missing. A plain opening names the problem or lesson.
    • The teach beat gives exactly three points, one concrete example or everyday analogy and what it means in practice.
    • The act beat gives one question or practical action, one text link if needed and a one-line invitation to reply. It ends with your name and role. A P.S. is optional and never makes a second pitch.
  5. 5
Check the wording and the claims

The agent checks the draft against these rules before you see it.

    • The email talks to the reader in short spoken sentences and explains jargon by what it means for them. The body has no colons, dashes, emoji, exclamation marks or hype.
    • The email makes no income or return claims and promises no results. It gives no trading signals and no advice to buy or sell a named market, product or security. It names only features in your approved facts.
  6. 6
Show the email, then save a draft

The agent shows you the subject, preview, body, link target, audience and the one outcome the email is for. Only then does it save one unscheduled draft campaign in your email tool and return its link.

    • The draft uses the verified account and list, a plain template and a working unsubscribe link. It has smart sending on if your tool offers it, and no send time. The agent checks it is still unscheduled.
    • If the email tool is down or asks for a sign-in, the agent stops and hands you the copy. It reports the block with steps to reconnect and never tries another account.
  7. 7
Send only on a clear yes

Read the final version and check every fact in it. Sending is a separate step that needs your clear yes and the email tool's own confirmation.

    • Silence, a topic choice or "looks good" on an earlier draft never counts as a yes.
    • The topic is marked as used once the email is sent.
