Turn one video or webinar into drafts for every channel
You put real work into a weekly video or webinar, then post it once on YouTube. This agent pulls out its strongest ideas and drafts a piece for each of your other channels. You review every draft in one screen, and only what you approve is published.
01Yield
What one run makes.
One run finds 3 to 5 ideas in the source, each tied to the moment it came from. It drafts one piece per channel, with one idea in each. You approve, edit or reject every draft with a 1 to 10 rating before anything is published.
02Ingredients
What you bring.
- One long video, webinar or episode a week
- Its full transcript, or the recording to transcribe
- Your voice guide and the claims you may make
- Writing rules for each channel you post on
- Access to the accounts you publish from
03Equipment
What the run uses.
- A transcript reader
- An AI writing model with your voice guide loaded
- A review screen to approve and rate drafts
- A publishing tool connected to your accounts
04Method
Seven steps you can follow yourself.
- 1Get the full transcript
Each time a new video, webinar, live stream or episode goes out, the agent gets its full transcript. You can also upload the transcript yourself.
- If the transcript is missing or garbled, the agent stops and asks you for the source. It never drafts from the title alone.
- 2Pull out the strongest ideas
The agent asks the writing model for the 3 to 5 ideas most useful to your audience.
- The model states each idea in one plain sentence. It adds the exact moment or quote the idea came from and the one proof point behind it.
- The prompt tells the model to use only what is in the transcript and to add no facts.
- 3Draft one piece per channel
For each channel, the agent drafts one piece built on one idea. It follows your voice guide and each channel's writing rules.
- A piece can be an X thread, an Instagram caption or carousel outline, or a TikTok or Shorts script. It can also be an email or a post for your community.
- Wherever a number or claim is not in the transcript, the agent leaves a [bracket] placeholder. It never fills the gap with a guess.
- 4Review and rate every draft
Review the whole batch in one screen, ideally the day the source goes out. Approve, edit or reject each piece with a 1 to 10 rating and a short reason. The agent publishes nothing before this review.
- Pass only pieces that stand alone, sound like you, carry one idea and claim nothing beyond the source. Reject anything that reads as a promise of returns.
- When you find a number, quote or claim not in the source, rate that draft low.
- 5Publish only what you approved
At the times you set, the agent publishes the approved pieces through the accounts you connected. Where it cannot publish, it hands you paste-ready copy to post by hand. It never marks a piece as posted when it was not.
- If a publish fails, the agent does not try again on its own. It marks the piece as not published, tells you and hands you the copy.
- 6Read engagement at 24 hours and 7 days
The agent records the ID of each published piece. It reads the engagement after 24 hours and after 7 days from your own account reports.
- 7Update the drafting instructions
Before the next batch, add every low rating and its reason to the drafting instructions. Include each case where a draft had a number, quote or claim not in the source.
