Turn recorded sales calls into a weekly objection list
Nobody rewatches your recorded sales calls, so only the person on the call knows why a deal stalled. This agent pulls every objection from each partner, sponsor or larger-trader call as a direct quote. Each week you see them counted by type, with the phrases prospects repeat, and decide what to change.
01Yield
What one run makes.
From each call you get quoted objections tagged by type, plus the situation, goal, agreement and dated next step. Each week the agent counts them by type and lists the phrases prospects repeat. A person reads the weekly list and decides what changes.
02Ingredients
What you bring.
- Recorded partner, sponsor or trader calls, with consent
- A transcript for every call
- 5 calls a salesperson still remembers well
- Your current pitch, partner offer and website copy
- One person who decides what changes
03Equipment
What the run uses.
- A call recorder that makes transcripts
- An AI model to extract and group objections
- A weekly scheduler
- A shared file for the objection list
04Method
Six steps you can follow yourself.
- 1Record only with consent
At the start of each call, tell the other side that you record it and why. Record only if they agree.
- Ask on every partner, IB and sponsor call, and on every call with a larger trader.
- The consent rules depend on where your business operates. Check them with whoever handles your compliance.
- 2Pull objections from each call
When a transcript is ready, the agent flags a poor one instead of analyzing it. Otherwise it runs the instruction below.
- "Using only what was said, give the prospect's situation, then their goal and problem in their own words. Quote every objection and tag it price, trust, timing, fit, authority or competitor. Give what was agreed and the next action with its date, and write 'not said' for anything missing."
- 3Keep only quoted objections
The agent drops any objection without a direct quote, even one that sounds likely. Check the quotes that remain against the transcript.
- 4Test it on 5 calls you know
Before you rely on it, run 5 calls a salesperson still remembers well. Check that each extraction matches their memory. No objection should appear that the other side never raised.
- 5Group the calls each week
Once a week, the agent groups the week's calls and counts the objections by type. It lists the phrases prospects repeat, in their own words.
- 6Decide what changes
A person reads the weekly list. They choose which objection should change the pitch, the partner or sponsor offer, or the website. Then they update your objection list.
- The agent changes nothing itself. A person approves any rewritten page or pitch before it is used.
