Seven steps you can follow yourself.

   Write the ground rules

   Put your voice, the topics you can speak on, your compliance rules and approved claims in one file. Add the posting rules of each platform and subreddit you will use.

   • Reply from one real person's account, and name your business in its profile. Never pose as a customer. On Reddit, never reply from a brand account that posts announcements.

   Pick where to listen

   List the X accounts and subreddits where your traders ask questions, plus threads that rank on Google.

   • A broker might watch questions about platforms and deposits, and a prop firm questions about challenge rules and payouts. A creator might watch questions from people learning to trade, and an affiliate questions that compare firms.

   Collect real posts only

   Each day, the agent reads new public posts from your list and keeps those under 48 hours old. It skips any post it has already answered.

   • It reads Reddit through public feeds and search and never uses the Reddit API.
   • If it finds no real post, it writes nothing and never invents one.

   Draft and check each reply

   The writer model drafts a reply to each post. The checker model reads every draft before you see it.

   • Each reply answers the question in the post, in plain words and in your voice.
   • It uses only your approved facts and never names or pitches your product. It gives no trade ideas, signals or profit claims.
   • The checker sends a draft back for a rewrite if it finds compliance problems, banned phrases or machine-sounding wording.

   Mark where a screenshot helps

   In one or two drafts per batch, the agent marks where a screenshot shows the answer better than words. The mark says what to show, such as where the payout request button is. Add a real screenshot there, or cut the line.

   • Blur names, emails, profile pictures, locations, account numbers and balances until nothing can be read back.
   • Cropping and blurring are the only edits allowed. Never use a mock screen.

   Rate, approve and post by hand

   A person reads each draft next to its post and rates it 1 to 10 with a one-line note. Then they approve or reject it, and nothing goes out without that yes. You post each approved reply yourself, from the real person's account that names your business.

   • Post 10 to 15 replies a day at most. Reply to any one account no more than once a day, and write each reply for its own post.
   • Warm up a new account over three weeks, at 3, then 8, then 15 actions a day.

   Learn from ratings and impressions

   Each week, the agent turns low ratings and their notes into short rules for its own instructions. Watch the impressions on your posted replies. If they show a streak of zero impressions, pause and check whether the account is hidden.
