Six steps you can follow yourself.

   Write down your rules and proof

   Put your compliance rules, banned phrases and voice rules in plain files. Keep a proof library of approved claims and testimonials.

   • Each claim and testimonial in the library carries its source, its date and the permission given.
   • The checker treats any claim outside the library as unproven.
   • Write down your weekly targets for approval rate, average rating, engagement and checker blocks.

   Check each draft before a person sees it

   Send every draft through the checker with the channel and writer it came from. The checker reads it against your rules and proof library. It returns pass, revise or discard, and names the rule and the sentence that breaks it.

   • It looks for profit promises, missing risk warnings your rules require, unproven claims, banned phrases and machine-sounding wording.
   • Use your strongest model as the checker, because a weak checker lets weak drafts through.

   Allow one rewrite

   A draft marked revise goes back to the writer with its reason. The rewrite goes through the same check. If it fails again, discard it.

   • The checker never rewrites a draft and sends it on its own.

   Rate and approve each passed draft

   Only passed drafts reach your reviewer, with the checker's verdict attached. A person rates each one 1 to 10 with a one-line note, then approves or rejects it.

   • The checker only filters and never approves anything public.

   Turn low ratings into rules

   Once a week, the agent turns low ratings and their notes into short rules for the writers' instructions.

   • Keep the full list of learned rules on one page, where you can read and edit it.

   Score the week every Monday morning

   A judge model scores the week against your targets. It writes a short scorecard with recommendations.

   • The scorecard covers approval rate, average rating, checker blocks and engagement numbers from the platforms.
   • The judge uses real outcomes and labels any estimate. It never judges the week on activity counts alone.
