04Method

Six steps you can follow yourself.

  1. 1
    Choose the keywords

    List the keywords to search for, with one search per keyword. Use your brand name, your product names and the competitors you watch. Add the topics you care about, such as payouts, funded accounts, KYC checks or your course.

    Connect your own accounts

    Connect your own accounts, so the run can read your mentions and post approved replies. Your X account adds your X mentions to the search. Your Google Business Profile adds your Google reviews.

    Search 9 public sources

    Run each keyword through X, Reddit, TikTok, Instagram reels, LinkedIn posts, YouTube, Threads, Facebook and news search. Keep each mention's link, date and text.

    Drop repeats and tag each mention

    Drop every mention the last run already found. The AI model reads each new mention's text and tags it praise, complaint, question or noise.

    • It flags anything that needs a reply within 24 hours. A complaint about a payout needs one, and so does an open question about your accounts.
    • Run the search often enough that a flagged mention can still be answered within 24 hours.

    Draft the replies

    The AI model drafts a short, polite reply from your approved facts. It drafts only where your tools can post from your own account. That means Instagram, your Facebook Page, YouTube, X and Google reviews.

    • Tell the AI model never to promise profits, give trading advice or discuss a trader's account in public. Each reply points the trader to your support team instead.

    Approve every reply before it posts

    A person reads each draft next to the original mention and approves, edits or drops it. The reply tool posts only the approved replies.

    • Flagged mentions on Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads or in the news go to a person. That person decides whether and how to answer by hand, within the platform's rules.
